800 square feet. Seats about 80 for a plated meal, 100–116 for a buffet, or 119–140 in ceremony rows. Fits 8 round tables or 10 eight-foot banquets.
A frame tent carries its roof on an aluminum frame with no center poles, so tables, a head table or a dance area can go anywhere under it. Sidewalls, windowed or solid, come standard and can go on any side.
On grass the crew stakes it. On cement or gravel it is weighted with 50-gallon water barrels. Send a photo of the site before we quote and we will tell you which.
